Our Consciousness Controls Our Biology
Our consciousness, through our mind, controls our genes and our biology. People do not want to admit this, because in their view it seems too easy… It is as if you told them that a spoonful of water could cure their illness: they would refuse to take it! For them, there must be therapy, medication, something that stimulates not their system but their brain and their expectations. Psychology and spirituality are closely linked, and these are the two factors in the hands of the enemy, with which he plays.
The cell adjusts itself to its environment.
Through our behavior, we can alter our genes. Dr. Bruce Lipton conducted several experiments aimed at tracing the origin of so‑called hereditary diseases. This study was carried out on adopted children, many of whom , despite having no genetic link with their adoptive parents , developed the same illnesses. This shows that our environment conditions our mind and the functioning of our brain.
Our Mental Programming
It begins from age 0 to 7. Just like a brand‑new computer taken out of its box, we inject programs into it containing a multitude of numbers which, once introduced, disappear forever. From birth, the child records everything he sees and hears, without even understanding the meaning. These programs will form the fundamental basis of the individual. Let us not forget that 75% of these programs introduced into our subconscious during this period are destructive, sabotaging programs that will guide us throughout our entire life. Modern communication techniques keep the individual in this state of sleep and division. Only the awakening of his consciousness will allow him to escape this yoke.
We Could Move Mountains
We possess an extraordinary power through our individual and collective consciousness, but few truly understand what these words mean. Yet this weapon falls to the ground as soon as it faces fear. And fear few understand what this word means either…
Fear becomes a stress hormone, transformed into cortisol, affecting the immune system, cytokines, histamine, and so on. Everything circulates in the blood, and the brain redirects this blood toward the viscera.
Quantum physics brings us back to the teachings of spirituality: we are a field of energy, or spirit the term does not matter. When we realize that we are spirit, we gain power, and the fear of death disappears. If you knew that you were not going to die, it would change your very reason for being here.
Death is not what we think it is. “The invisible energy field is what shapes the particle” (Einstein). The field is always present, body or not. Breaking the TV does not stop the transmission. In today’s world, most people have engaged in multiple religious or spiritual practices that are conditioned , meaning they are part of the structure of the ego.
Believing that one has found the answer in external forms is the problem. Spirituality, in its most common form, is no different from the pathological thinking we see everywhere; it is nothing more than the agitation of the intellect , more human doing than human being.
