The Period of Transmission
Between 1998 and 2005, I received messages and recorded them.
They form a teaching about human nature, the mind, the ego, consciousness, duality, and the path of inner liberation. What follows is the structured presentation of these transmissions, without interpretation and without modification of the content.
The Forgetting of the Self — The Loss of Our Original Nature
To know our nature: we have forgotten that we have forgotten.
Most human beings live immersed in daily life, with little consideration for who they are, why they are here, and where they are going. The true Self, beyond name, form, and thought, is never realized. We identify with a limited body and live in fear, conscious or not, that this personal structure will disappear.
Conditioned Spirituality — The Ego Disguised as a Spiritual Quest
Many engage in religious or spiritual practices that are merely extensions of the ego. Believing the answer lies in external forms is the problem. Most widespread spirituality is often just agitation of the intellect: more human doing than human being.
The ego always wants more: money, power, love, recognition. On the spiritual path, it wants to be more awakened, more enlightened, more peaceful. With every desire, the ego is at work.
Life and Death — The Inseparable Continuum
Life and death are like Yin and Yang: a whole without beginning or end.
To push away death is to push away life.
When one directly experiences who one truly is, fear disappears.
The Matrix of the Mind — The Invisible Structures of the Ego
Society tells us what we are, yet we remain slaves to unconscious biological needs that guide our choices. The ego is a structure of repetition: energy always follows the same path, positive or negative. There are infinite levels of memory, spirals within spirals.
When consciousness identifies with the mind, it becomes bound to social conditioning: the matrix. We believe we are aware of the ego, but it is archaic unconscious fears that drive the machine.
The Mask and the Cave — The Character and the Illusion of the Self
We are born into conditioned structures, without self-awareness. In children, there is often no trace of the Self. The person we become is a mask worn by consciousness. The world is a stage, men and women are actors.
In an awakened being, consciousness shines through the mask. When we identify with the character, we live the illusion of the Self. Since Plato, humanity has sought the exit from the cave.
The Inner Prison — The Mind as a Labyrinth
The mind is a trap for consciousness: a labyrinth, a prison. We are not in prison: we are the prison.
To identify with an illusory Self is to sleep. Fighting the illusion makes it real. We become prisoners of the Me wherever we go.
The Game of Duality The Experience of Consciousness
Awakening is not getting rid of the mind, but ceasing to identify with it.
Then we can live the game of life fully, without fear or desire.
Human consciousness is a continuum: on one side identification with the material Self, on the other the cessation of the Self.
The Mirror of the World — The Outer as a Reflection of the Inner
Trying to change the outer world to match our ideas is like manipulating a mirror.
Understanding the absurdity of existence drives one mad if identified with the ego , or free if awakened. All external struggle is lost from the start: it is only the reflection of the inner world.
The War Against Oneself — Human Contradictions
Today, there is a war against everything: terrorism, disease, hunger.
Every war is a war against ourselves.
We say we want peace, yet elect those who wage war.
We say we want human rights, yet buy products born of misery.
We want clean air, yet pollute.
We want science to save us, yet maintain destructive behaviors.
The Inner Revolution — Alignment with the Spiral of Life
The revolution must occur within us.
When we feel the spiral of life within, the outer world aligns.
Otherwise, we add to the chaos of the mind.
War and peace rise together: light and shadow, high and low.
Any solution coming from the mind creates a new problem.
What we resist persists.
